I have a DAV file from an accident moved and when I play the .DAV file, nothing happens, just a magenta screen is showed. Could someone help me?

It's possible that you need additional codecs to play the file, but since this is proprietary, it should have its own player to access it. If you have issues with the application, then I recommend you re-install it and besides that, also install a set of codecs. You can try Combined Community Codec Pack that's available for downloading through the download page at Software Informer.
